Schumacher College’s philosophy of food written about in Brazilian food magazine “Menu”

Brazilian food magazine this week features an article about Schumacher College’s philosophy of food, and describes the work of Julia Ponsonby and Wayne Schroeder. The article, written by journalist Giselle Paulino, has as its title “Cooking which Transforms”.

Unfortunately I do not have enough time today to write about this philosophy, which I was give an amazing chance not just to learn about but to practice, when I lived at Schumacher College for 6 months while doing my masters degree there.
