Truth is the “light” encountered in the constructive clashing of our differing paradigms.
“Easy” conflicts are those in which we agree that mistakes were made by all parties involved, and just what changes have to be made to resolve the conflict.
“Hard” cases of conflict are those where practical solutions such as those just discussed are not found.
However, the hardest conflict of all is the one we find inside of ourselves, since we may well discover paradigms we hold dearly but do not wish to disclose to others since deep down we know how embarrassed we would be for others to find them out.
