Integration of Holonomic Thinking in Educational Leadership Development Courses

The Journal of Management Science and Business Intelligence (JMSBI) is an open access, multidisciplinary journal dedicated to publishing high-quality and the latest research results and applications in areas of the management science theory and application, Business, and Intelligence decisions. Papers published by the journal represent important advances of significance to specialists within each field.

We are really pleased to share with you all our new paper Integration of Holonomic Thinking in Educational Leadership Development Courses which has been published in the May 2017 edition of JMSBI. The lead author is Andrea Somoza-Norton from California Polytechnic State University who has been introducing Holonomics into the K12 educational system in the US.

Our paper explores Holonomics and its strategies as a way to broaden emergent school leaders’ perspectives. It also provides extracts from our new book Customer Experiences with Soul: A New Era in Design and shows how our framework is relevant far beyond the usual contexts of customer experience design.
