This week, Bradesco, one of Brazil’s largest banks, announced a new initiative to help combat violence against women. From now on its artificial intelligence chat bot BIA has now been trained to provide specific responses when receiving abuse from customers. In doing so the bank is taking a stand against violence against women and particularly verbal abuse in a highly public and pro-active manner.
This last year has been extremely demanding for us all, and it has been a year of huge transition and transformation for Maria and myself, as we have expanded our focus from cultural transformation and customer experiences with soul, to digital transformation and deep tech ventures.
For the last year Maria and I have had the very great pleasure of supervising Bo through his doctoral research at the university’s department of Educational Sustainability which had the aim of “developing a sustainable balanced-reporting framework (SBRF) that will allow cities to change their management focus to include a holistic systems approach toincrease operating efficiency while making strong sustainable change”.
