I was recently invited by Dr. Jürgen Strauss to join him in conversation for his InnovaBuzz podcast series. This was one of the most enjoyable conversations I have had in relation to how we are applying Holonomics to organisational and digital transformation in business, because of the way in which I was able to explain from a systemic approach our work which now spans three books.
Given that our technological solutions can only be as impactful as the level of consciousness and values which created them, our Deep Tech manifesto helps leaders and technologists determine if their solutions truly are Deep Tech.

Deep tech is transforming the way we understand technology and is shaping our world in ways we have never seen before. Those leaders of the future who will be successful in the design and application of deep tech will not just be those who focus on the technological dimension but understand it as a multi-dimensional concept. This can be achieved through the emergence of amplified organisations—intentional regenerative businesses which are purposeful, engaged and hyperconnected, continually evolving themselves guided by their north star of the New 4Ps.
f we are to match advances in humanity to the same degree as we have advanced in technology, we need to explore the role that virtual spaces can contribute to the facilitation of liminal states of consciousness. Liminal states are far more than just a blend of the physical and the virtual, they are states of consciousness which allow us to dismantle mental models which no longer serve us before constructing ones anew.
Deep Tech and the Amplified Organisation is structured around the transformative framework of the New 4Ps of platforms, purpose, people and planet. This framework is regenerative in that growth is now understood as being qualitative, the three primary dimensions being elevation, scaling and amplification. In this manner, an organisation is able to fulfill its environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives in an authentic manner, by taking in account the systemic impact of its actions.

Deep Tech and the Amplified Organisation was written together with Igor Couto, CEO of 1STi to explain the way in which we work together in a multi-disciplinary approach to deep tech to help organisations elevate their value propositions, scale their platforms and amplify their impact. Our aim is to take readers into the heart of deep tech by explaining the platform architectures, design methodologies and human and planetary dimensions of the digital economy, allowing organisations to reach higher levels of actuation through more purposeful digital platforms and technology with soul.
This week, Bradesco, one of Brazil’s largest banks, announced a new initiative to help combat violence against women. From now on its artificial intelligence chat bot BIA has now been trained to provide specific responses when receiving abuse from customers. In doing so the bank is taking a stand against violence against women and particularly verbal abuse in a highly public and pro-active manner.
